By using Sherlock Picks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

02. Service Description

The platform publishes model-driven sports predictions, expected-value metrics, reports, and related analytics. The current system includes core game predictions across multiple sports/leagues, NBA player-prop outputs, and an NBA first-basket module.

We use automated data and model pipelines, but no output is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, profitable, or always available.

03. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and account activity.
• You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security risk.

04. Tips, Access, and Payments

Tips are voluntary contributions that support platform operations and development. Tip-based access tiers may unlock additional analytics features.

• Tips are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Access tiers, thresholds, and included features may change as the product evolves.
• Abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy violations can result in revoked access or account restrictions.

05. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk extract platform data without written permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer model artifacts, thresholds, or protected logic.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential attacks, abuse, or disruption of service.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content in community features.
• Do not resell or redistribute protected platform content for commercial use without permission.

06. Intellectual Property

Platform code, model outputs, reports, content, and branding are protected intellectual property of Sherlock Picks and its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized otherwise.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee any prediction or recommendation outcome.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service.
• Past performance metrics do not guarantee future results.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHERLOCK PICKS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the Service. Maximum aggregate liability, if any, is limited to amounts you paid to the platform in the 12 months before the claim.
